The proposition

One chain. Every step.

Aerolloy Technologies is India's only fully integrated manufacturer of titanium and superalloy materials and components. We melt, forge, cast, machine, and inspect within one value chain - a combination that exists in few places in the world. Titanium enters as raw input and leaves as a finished, inspected component: fewer approvals, tighter metallurgical control, and a supply chain that does not span continents.

Integrated

Melt to inspected part, on one site.

Sovereign

In-country titanium and superalloy supply. India's first titanium ingot was produced in-house at our complex.

Qualified

AS 9100, NADCAP, and a NABL / ISO 17025-accredited laboratory.

The integrated value chain

Material to inspect, under one roof.

01MaterialAerospace-grade titanium, nickel superalloys, and cobalt alloys - selected and qualified to print.
02MeltTitanium and superalloy melting across five routes - VAR, VIM, plasma arc, and electron beam.
03ForgeOpen-die forging of ingots, billets, and preforms on a 4,300 / 5,100 tonne press.
04CastInvestment casting to 1,800 mm, with in-house hot isostatic pressing.
05MachinePrecision machining at SMTC, Lucknow, and through Trac Precision Solutions in the UK.
06InspectIn-house NDT, coordinate metrology, and a NABL / ISO 17025-accredited metallurgical laboratory.
What this means for youOne supplier to qualify instead of five. One metallurgical record from melt to finished part. One point of accountability for the whole component.

Melting

Five melting routes.

Five routes on one site, covering titanium and nickel-based superalloys for both casting feedstock and mill products.

VAR titanium millIngots to 12,000 kg · 400–1,020 mm dia · 1,500 tpaIn production
Vacuum induction (VIM)Superalloy melting for casting · to 1,000 kg per melt
VAR titanium castingTo 430 kg per meltIn production
Plasma arc (PAM)> 200 tpa · ingots to 400 kgIn production
Electron beam (EBCHR)5,000 tpa · ingots to 12,500 kgCommissioning
Our electron beam route returns titanium scrap to ingot, avoiding up to 27 tonnes of CO₂ per tonne of titanium against primary production.

Forging

Open-die forging.

Our Intelligent Open Die Forging System closed the melt-forge-cast loop in March 2026, bringing forging onto the same site as melting and casting.

Inspection, testing & metallurgy

Inspected in-house.

We inspect in-house at every stage, in a NABL / ISO 17025-accredited laboratory and a NADCAP-accredited shop - so metallurgical evidence travels with the part.

Sustainability

Integration is a sustainability position.

Producing titanium and superalloys in India, close to the programmes they serve, shortens supply chains that would otherwise span continents - and removes the freight footprint of intercontinental material supply.

Our electron beam cold hearth refining route returns titanium scrap to ingot, avoiding up to 27 tonnes of CO₂ per tonne of titanium against primary production. Aerolloy operates within the PTC Group's environmental framework - on-site solar, rainwater harvesting, and water recycling.

The PTC Group

Six decades of metallurgy.

Aerolloy is the aerospace materials subsidiary of PTC Industries Ltd - listed on the NSE and BSE, founded in 1963, and the company that established the first investment-casting foundry in India. For customers, the group relationship means institutional backing and a UK machining capability within the same group.
