Aerolloy Technologies is India's only fully integrated manufacturer of titanium and superalloy materials and components. We melt, forge, cast, machine, and inspect within one value chain - a combination that exists in few places in the world. Titanium enters as raw input and leaves as a finished, inspected component: fewer approvals, tighter metallurgical control, and a supply chain that does not span continents.
Melt to inspected part, on one site.
In-country titanium and superalloy supply. India's first titanium ingot was produced in-house at our complex.

Material to inspect, under one roof.
Aerospace-grade alloys.
Titanium, nickel-based superalloys, and cobalt-based alloys - from series production through qualification and development. Customer-specific chemistries are developed under NDA.

Five melting routes.
Five routes on one site, covering titanium and nickel-based superalloys for both casting feedstock and mill products.
Open-die forging.
Our Intelligent Open Die Forging System closed the melt-forge-cast loop in March 2026, bringing forging onto the same site as melting and casting.
Investment casting.
Investment castings in titanium and nickel-based superalloys, with hot isostatic pressing, metallurgical analysis, and inspection in-house.
Precision machining, Lucknow and Crewe.
Titanium structural components are machined at SMTC, Lucknow; aero-engine and IGT components through Trac Precision Solutions in Crewe, the group's UK specialist, acquired December 2024.
Inspected in-house.
We inspect in-house at every stage, in a NABL / ISO 17025-accredited laboratory and a NADCAP-accredited shop - so metallurgical evidence travels with the part.

A 202,000 m² complex in the UP DIC, built on a ₹1,000 crore (≈ US $105M) capital commitment from PTC Industries.

Quality is built into every step, not inspected in at the end. We are an approved supplier on the vendor lists of leading global aerospace and defence OEMs.
Integration is a sustainability position.
Producing titanium and superalloys in India, close to the programmes they serve, shortens supply chains that would otherwise span continents - and removes the freight footprint of intercontinental material supply.
Our electron beam cold hearth refining route returns titanium scrap to ingot, avoiding up to 27 tonnes of CO₂ per tonne of titanium against primary production. Aerolloy operates within the PTC Group's environmental framework - on-site solar, rainwater harvesting, and water recycling.
Six decades of metallurgy.
Aerolloy is the aerospace materials subsidiary of PTC Industries Ltd - listed on the NSE and BSE, founded in 1963, and the company that established the first investment-casting foundry in India. For customers, the group relationship means institutional backing and a UK machining capability within the same group.
