The team
A particular kind of team.
Building an integrated materials business takes a particular kind of team - one comfortable producing India's first titanium ingot in-house, commissioning vacuum and electron-beam furnaces, and qualifying castings and forgings to aerospace standard. Today that team is around 329 people at the Strategic Materials Technology Complex in Lucknow, alongside Trac Precision Solutions in the UK.
