Aerolloy Technologies Ltd specialises in the manufacture of Titanium and Nickel Based Alloy castings from less than one kilogram up to five hundred kilogram single piece. Our specialist plant has been producing Titanium and Nickel Based Alloy Castings since 2017 using the latest VAR furnace technology, combined with our in-house Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) facility. This HIP is one of the largest installed in a foundry in the world and is the first of its kind in Southern and South East Asia. We are very proud to have such fantastic capability.
Under development is a brand new state of the art Aerospace & Defence manufacturing facility, located on the same campus as our Advanced Manufacturing & Technology Centre in Lucknow, India. This is due for completion in the summer of 2020 alongside the AS9100/EN9100 approval.
This great new facility will house VAR melting units, Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), Vacuum Heat Treatment, Chemical Milling, Welding, Full NDT Suite, including Radiography and FPI. NADCAP approvals will be implemented on our processes in the near future.
