We recruit Graduate Engineer Trainees into live aerospace materials work - melting, forging, casting, and inspection - rather than rotational observation. New engineers develop through the STrIDE Academy, the group's skill-development programme, building the specialised metallurgical and manufacturing capabilities the work demands.
