A skilled workforce, and skilling beyond it.
We are building a skilled industrial workforce of around 329 people - metallurgists, process engineers, and technicians - within the UP Defence Industrial Corridor, in a field where India previously depended on imports. Beyond our own workforce, the PTC Foundation runs a Skill Development Project that teaches industrial and mechanical skills to young people in the communities around our operations. Safety and selflessness are two of the fourteen values in the group's ASPIRE framework.
