From alloy to flight-ready part.
Aerolloy manufactures titanium and nickel-based superalloy materials and components for commercial aircraft, defence, and space - combining melting, forging, casting, machining, and inspection within a single engineering organisation across India and the UK.
One accountability boundary, from raw alloy to finished part.
We combine metallurgical capability in titanium and nickel-based superalloys with vertically integrated manufacturing - melting, forging, casting, machining, and inspection - to supply finished, flight-ready components to commercial aircraft, defence, and space programmes. Melting, forging, and casting are operated on a single site at our Strategic Materials Technology Complex in Lucknow; precision machining is delivered through Trac Precision Solutions in Crewe; and metallurgical analysis and non-destructive testing are conducted in-house, in a NABL-accredited laboratory.
Vertical integration of this depth is uncommon for a single supplier. It gives our customers one accountability boundary from raw alloy to finished part - which our sales teams report as the most persuasive proof point in front of global procurement.
Six steps, one chain.
Our value chain operates on a single 50-acre site.
Our value chain is not distributed across a supplier network. It operates on a single 50-acre site at the UP Defence Industrial Corridor, Lucknow Node, built on a ₹1,000 Cr capital commitment from PTC Industries. Six melting, forging, and rolling streams, a NADCAP-accredited shop spanning welding, heat treatment, chemical processing, and non-destructive testing, and a NABL-accredited laboratory operate as one facility under one quality system. Integration of this depth, on a single site, is rare.

Engagements typically run in three steps.
Capability discovery
We share alloy and process capability under NDA, and review your specifications and tolerances against our process windows.
Qualification
We produce sample castings, forgings, or ingots for your qualification programme, conducting international export-control review where applicable.
Supply
We move to series production under long-term agreement, with traceability and metallurgical reporting to your protocols.
