Why four markets, one chain

Materials science transcends end-use.

The same titanium and superalloy capabilities that produce a structural part for an aircraft engine also produce an ingot for a launch vehicle and a hot-section forging for a gas turbine. Materials science transcends end-use, and our integrated value chain serves all four sectors without specialisation drift. For procurement teams, that shortens qualification: a customer qualified on our titanium castings for commercial engines has already de-risked us for a defence or space programme.

Where integrated capability meets programme demand.

01 Commercial AerospaceWe supply cast and forged titanium and superalloy components for commercial aircraft engines and airframes, working directly with tier-one engine and airframe manufacturers under long-term supply agreements. Production is governed by an AS 9100 / EN 9100:2018 quality system and NADCAP accreditation across welding, heat treatment, chemical processing, and non-destructive testing. Commercial Aerospace → 02 DefenceWe produce titanium and superalloy castings for sovereign land, sea, and airborne platforms, including ultra-lightweight howitzer components, naval superstructure, and helicopter landing gear. We are an approved supplier on Ministry of Defence vendor lists. Defence → 03 SpaceWe supply titanium ingots and propulsion-grade superalloy castings for launch-vehicle and satellite-platform programmes, with a track record on sovereign space programmes. Our recently commissioned vacuum induction melting capability supports large nickel-based superalloy castings for orbital-class propulsion. Space → 04 Industrial Gas TurbinesWe manufacture hot-section castings and forgings for power-generation OEMs, supplying titanium and superalloy components from SMTC, with precision machining of finished parts delivered through Trac Precision Solutions in the United Kingdom.
