Aerolloy was established to produce in India what the country previously imported - titanium and superalloy materials and components - and to develop the alloys and processes the next generation of programmes will require.

We are a DSIR-recognised research and development organisation. We produced India's first titanium ingot in-house, without foreign expert supervision, and we continue to qualify new alloys and develop new processes - from additive investment-casting patterns to recycled-scrap-to-ingot melting. Our research is applied: each programme targets a material, process, or component that a customer needs and that did not previously exist in the Indian supply base.
