Casting

Investment casting in titanium and superalloys.

Aerolloy casts titanium and superalloy components to 1,800 mm, with equiaxed blades and vanes in series production and controlled-microstructure castings under development.

What we do

Hot isostatic pressing, metallurgy, and inspection in-house.

We produce investment castings in titanium and nickel-based superalloys. Equiaxed blades and vanes are in series production; directionally solidified and single-crystal castings are in prototype. Hot isostatic pressing, metallurgical analysis, and inspection are conducted in-house.
